Shipping

Each piece is handmade, please allow between 2 weeks to a month for production after purchase.

Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not reimburse pieces, but in case of a flaw, or if your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer free exchanges or repair within 2 weeks of reception.

All shipping is tracked and do not hold ourselves responsible in case of a loss of package. If you live in Montreal, you have the option to come pick up your jewelry at our studio in the Mile End. If you choose this option, you will be contacted when the order is ready and we will book an appointment for pick up in our Mile End studio on rue De Gaspé.

For international orders, please note that import duties might be charged to you at reception of the package. For more information, check the federal tax rate of your country.

For US clients: I am providing a CUSMA Certificate of Origin to the carriers. This should ensure your order is not subject to US tariffs.

Please Note: While this certification is intended to prevent tariffs, if you are unexpectedly charged any duties or fees by US Customs, you will be responsible for bearing those costs.
